Set at the iconic location in Bellevue Downtown, it is designed to be the new center of Bellevue energy, both urban and natural. You’re never more than a handful of steps to everywhere you want to be—from countless shops and restaurants to the Bellevue Arts Museum, Bellevue Downtown Park, and a Cinemark movie theater. Nearby is the Bellevue Downtown station of the new East Link, the Seattle-to-Redmond Link Light Rail line that is set to open in 2023. Designed by Seattle-based Weber Thompson, it will include 332 residential units, a Michelin 3-star restaurant and the Northwest’s first InterContinental Hotel. Interiors are by HBA, the global firm renowned for luxury hospitality designs, but the amenities will make living there unique. Typically reserved for hotel guests, room service, housekeeping and a spa will be at residents’ fingertips, Throughout each home, spaces are smart, functional and elegantly appointed with top-of-the-line furnishings and fixtures from the most celebrated global brands. With extreme attention to detail, every aspect of the home has been carefully chosen and designed to enhance the art of living.

The Plaza connects our towers and retail, creating a central meeting space and celebrating the region’s natural landscape with juxtaposing water and fire elements.
